What is your return and exchange policy?

All products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if your customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Ephesy offers a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team and provide a clear photo showing the issue.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to see the status of your shipment. If you have any issues, please contact customer service.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. During checkout, you can select your preferred payment method. All transactions are securely processed to protect your information.

How do I know what size to order?

Refer to our Size Guide available on each product page for accurate measurements. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit. Our customer service team can also assist with specific sizing questions.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

We print every order on demand and so we immediately begin processing order, and changes may not be possible. Please contact customer service immediately if you need to make adjustments. We will do our very best for you.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on the destination.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within the US and Canada. International orders may take longer depending on customs processing. For Europe, Asia and Australia please expect a shipping time of 10-20 days.

How do I use a discount code or promotional offer?

Enter your discount code at checkout in the designated field. The discount will be applied to your total before payment is processed. Only one discount code can be used per order.

What is your policy on out-of-stock items?
